Parts Town is hiring an Inside Service Technician (Tech Wizard) to support end users and field technicians with repairs on foodservice equipment. You’ll work through calls and emails, using manuals and diagrams to diagnose issues and guide repairs.

A strong communicator with experience in appliance repair is essential, and you’ll have opportunities to earn CFESA certifications after onboarding. Benefits include comprehensive health plans and paid time off.

Qualifications

• You have experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC (or relevant training/schooling).
• You're an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal).
• You have a quality, high speed internet connection at home.
• You're confident using a computer and navigating programs such as MS Word & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate equipment information and troubleshooting solutions.
• Provide technical support to end users and field technicians over the phone and/or via email (30+ cases per day).
• Use manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer call information in the company database.
