Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC (or relevant training).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Quality, high-speed internet at home.
• Proficient using computer programs such as MS Word & Outlook.
• Passionate about troubleshooting and finding innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate equipment information and troubleshooting solutions clearly.
• Provide technical support to end users and field technicians via phone and email (30+ cases per day).
• Use manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Maintain all customer call information in the database for future inquiries.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to recommend changes and document failure rates.
