Job summary

Parts Town is hiring an Inside Service Technician to provide phone and email-based technical support for foodservice equipment. You will assist in warranty and non-warranty repairs and work toward CFESA certifications after onboarding.

You’ll manage cases daily, use manuals and diagrams to diagnose issues, and document interactions in the CRM. A fast-paced, collaborative team awaits with growth and recognition opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong internet connection at home.
• Comfortable using a computer and MS Word/Outlook.
• Passionate about troubleshooting and innovative solutions.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Available to work an 8-hour shift Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–7:00 PM CST / 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users and field technicians by phone or email.
• Assist with repairs on warranty and non-warranty equipment.
• Communicate equipment information and troubleshooting solutions.
• Document call information in a company database.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to propose engineering changes.
