Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required by the DoD contract.
• Interim approval for NBIS background check.
• No work in Puerto Rico under current government contract.
• 3 years supervisory/management or Team Lead experience.
• 5 years of referral and authorization management experience.
• Previous or current TRICARE experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise processing of referrals/authorizations.
• Serve as a resource for team, monitoring and coordinating team's referral and authorization activities.
• Prioritize caseload to optimize resources and implement contingency operations to meet performance standards.
• Provide research and resolution of issues relating to referrals and authorizations activities.
• Facilitate training requirements for non-clinical associates and coach for growth.
