Job summary

The role requires U.S. citizenship for the DoD contract, interim security clearance, and TRICARE experience, with travel to Humana offices for training as needed. Schedule is 40 hours per week, with a competitive base pay.

Qualifications

• 3 years supervisory/management or Team Lead experience.
• 5 years of referral and authorization management experience.
• Previous or current TRICARE experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required for the DoD contract.

Responsibilities

• Supervise processing of referrals/authorizations.
• Serve as a resource for the team, monitoring and coordinating referral/authorization activities.
• Prioritize caseload to optimize resources and implement contingency operations to meet performance standards.
• Provide research and resolution of issues related to referrals and authorizations activities.
• Facilitate training requirements for non-clinical associates and coach for future growth.
