Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple e-referral systems to identify new referrals and manage alerts.
• Monitor email for referral pull requests and perform follow-ups.
• Scan documents to determine patient eligibility for services.
• Track referral status and report weekly on progress.
• Communicate with branch, sales, and leadership for updates.
• Daily management of ERST log with referrals and ROC decisions.
• Maintain productivity and comply with policies and procedures.
