Job summary

CodePath is seeking a Senior Recruiting Operations Coordinator to manage the Claude Corps recruiting workflow—scheduling, candidate communication, reporting, and offers. You will own Greenhouse data, produce reliable weekly leadership reports, and use AI to cut repetitive work while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, program operations, or another fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and maintaining accurate, reliable data.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, including building trackers, identifying trends, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve processes and reduce manual work.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage complex scheduling, shared inboxes, and competing priorities.
• Clear, thoughtful communication skills and a commitment to a positive candidate experience.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and comfort learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting data: keep Greenhouse accurate and up to date, build weekly reports, identify data inconsistencies and bottlenecks, use AI to streamline reporting and communications.
• Own the systems: serve as the first point of contact for Greenhouse, integrations, scheduling tools, and sourcing tech; maintain process docs and lead small ops projects.
• Run the calendar: schedule screens and final rounds, manage reschedules/no-shows, track interviewer participation and scorecards, manage recruiting inbox and candidate communications.
• Offers and next steps: prepare and send approved offers, track responses/deferrals, partner with onboarding for complete candidate records.
