Job summary

Sayari is seeking a recruiting coordinator to run the operating layer of hiring. You will schedule interviews end-to-end, build panels, coordinate with talent partners and hiring managers, and maintain Greenhouse as the system of record.

You will also publish weekly talent reports and ensure smooth handoffs to People Operations. This is a full-time contract, remote within the United States, typically aligned to Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or HR operations at a fast-paced company.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience: requisition setup, interview kits, scorecards, job posts, permissions, reporting.
• Proven track record managing high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Comfort working with busy, senior stakeholders and effective follow-up.
• Comfort with data and AI tools to process, understand, and report on data.
• Clear, concise writing in professional communications.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling end to end, build panels, manage calendars across US/UK/EMEA/APAC time zones.
• Be the candidate’s first Sayari contact with prep materials and timely updates.
• Partner daily with talent acquisition partners and hiring managers to plan and pace searches.
• Run Greenhouse as a clean system of record: requisitions, stages, kits, scorecards, postings, permissions.
• Build and publish the weekly talent report: pipeline, stage conversions, time-to-fill, offers, feedback.
