Qualifications

• Five or more years in recruiting, with leadership experience in high-volume or early-talent programs.
• Proven ability to manage workload, output, and quality using weekly targets and reporting.
• Experience coaching team members and addressing performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Claude Corps screener team day-to-day; ensure reviews and scorecards are completed on time.
