Job summary

Sayari is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to run the operating layer of hiring, owning scheduling and systems. You will partner daily with talent acquisition and hiring managers across the company to keep processes smooth and data accurate.

In this role you will own interview scheduling end to end across global time zones, keep Greenhouse up to date, and manage handoffs to People Operations while documenting processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination with hands-on Greenhouse experience.
• Experience scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Clear communication and data-handling skills.
