Job summary

Hark is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own scheduling, candidate communications, and ATS administration. You will be the first touchpoint after recruiters and often the last before onsite day, shaping the candidate experience.

You will manage scheduling, maintain data hygiene in Greenhouse, and build recruiting dashboards to guide decisions. This is an opportunity to help scale a fast-growing AI hardware and software team in San Jose.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or talent operations.
• Experience with ATS and scheduling platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to adapt to changing hiring needs.
• Operational mindset to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate logistics and communications while balancing the needs of candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Own the day-to-day administration of our ATS (Greenhouse), including configuration, data hygiene, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
• Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health and support data-driven decision-making.
• Design and launch new recruiting programs, processes, and tools; lead enablement sessions for recruiters and interviewers and serve as the ongoing point of contact.
• Proactively identify process gaps and operational issues, and resolve them before they become bottlenecks.
• Maintain and optimize our talent operations stack, ensuring ATS, scheduling, sourcing, and other recruiting tools are integrated and running smoothly.
