Job summary

Labelbox is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist (Contract) to keep hiring running smoothly and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will manage interview scheduling, partner with Talent Acquisition leads and hiring managers, and oversee recruiting workflows in Greenhouse and Gem.

This hybrid role is based at our San Francisco headquarters 3–4 days per week, with opportunities to own projects and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations or recruiting coordination.
• Proactive, self-starter with ownership mindset.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
• Deep expertise in Greenhouse and Gem, including analytics and data management.
• Strong reporting and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent organizational and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work from Labelbox’s San Francisco headquarters 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews; manage calendars and logistics.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and support.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leads, recruiters, and hiring managers to stay organized and move processes forward.
• Administer and improve day-to-day operations in Greenhouse and Gem; maintain clean data and regular audits.
• Create and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards on pipeline health and candidate experience.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes and tools.
• Own projects that noticeably improve recruiting at Labelbox and drive execution.
