Job summary

CodePath is seeking a Recruiting Manager for an AI EdTech growth role. This 100% remote position in the U.S. leads the Claude Corps screener team, turning hiring goals into weekly targets and driving a consistent, high-quality screening process.

You’ll train screeners, coach on selection standards, and optimize workflows with AI to reduce repetitive tasks. The role is a stepping stone toward broader talent leadership.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume or early‑talent hiring programs.
• Experience managing a team’s workload, output, and quality using weekly targets and reporting.
• Proven ability to train people to apply consistent selection standards, with methods to verify decision quality.
• Experience coaching team members and addressing performance issues directly.
• Active use of AI to improve or automate recruiting processes.
• Experience reviewing applications and conducting structured candidate screens at volume.

Responsibilities

• Turn cohort hiring goals into weekly review and screening targets with the Director.
• Assign work based on volume, deadlines, and screener availability.
• Track outstanding reviews, screens, and decisions, and flag staffing gaps early.
• Deliver a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to final‑round interviews.
• Keep Greenhouse reviews, stages, and scorecards complete and accurate.
• Plan screening capacity ahead of application surges and use AI to cut repetitive administrative work.
