Job summary

CodePath is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to run Claude Corps recruiting operations. You’ll manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and reporting in Greenhouse, using AI to cut repetitive work while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

You’ll collaborate with recruiting leadership and program teams, owning data accuracy and end-to-end processes from scheduling to offers, while supporting a nationwide remote workflow in the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or fast-paced operations experience.
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and maintaining data accuracy.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, including trackers and trends.
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and complex scheduling ability.
• Clear, thoughtful communication and positive candidate experience.
• Proactive, solutions-minded mindset and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting data in Greenhouse and keep it up to date.
• Build weekly leadership reports on pipeline health and speed.
• Identify data inconsistencies, trends, and bottlenecks.
• Use AI/automation to streamline reporting and communications.
• Serve as first point of contact for Greenhouse and integrations.
• Maintain process documentation and drive small operational improvements.
• Schedule screens and final rounds, manage reschedules/no-shows.
• Track interviewer participation and scorecards, flag delays.
• Manage recruiting inbox and ensure timely candidate questions.
• Prepare and send offers with clear deadlines and track responses.
• Collaborate with onboarding to finalize records and handoffs.
