Job summary

CodePath.org is expanding its Claude Corps fellowship program by hiring a recruiting operations lead to run the end-to-end recruitment process. This role will own the data in Greenhouse, build weekly pipeline reports for leadership, and apply AI to streamline reporting and communications.

You will work with recruiting leadership, interviewers, and the program team to ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to offer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or program operations in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and maintaining accurate data.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, including trackers and trends.
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting data in Greenhouse and weekly pipeline reporting.
• Manage Greenhouse and integrations, scheduling tools, sourcing tech, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate interview screens and final rounds; handle reschedules and no-shows.
• Create and maintain clear process documentation and run small operational projects.
• Deliver timely, professional communication to candidates and stakeholders.
• Prepare and send offers through Greenhouse and track responses.
