Job summary

CodePath.org is expanding the Claude Corps program and seeks a hands-on manager to lead the screener team. You will ensure timely reviews, maintain clear scoring and help scale operations for an AI-enabled, remote US-based team.

You will translate hiring goals into weekly targets, train screeners on eligibility and evaluation criteria, and collaborate with the Director and program staff to maintain high standards as volume grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recruiting experience with high-volume/early-talent programs.
• Experience managing a team’s workload, output and quality using weekly targets.
• Ability to train people on consistent selection standards and explain decisions.
• Coaching team members and addressing performance issues directly.
• Experience reviewing applications and structured screens at volume.
• Experience managing candidate stages, scorecards, and reports in an ATS.
• Familiarity with AI in recruiting and process automation.
• Ability to build and adjust processes as programs scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Claude Corps screener team day to day and ensure timely reviews.
• Turn hiring goals into weekly targets and plan staffing.
• Train screeners on eligibility, interview questions, and scoring criteria.
• Maintain scorecards with clear evidence and consistency across screeners.
• Collaborate with the Director, recruiting coordinator, and program team.
• Use AI and automation to cut repetitive administrative work.
