Job summary

CodePath is seeking a remote Recruiting Manager to lead the Claude Corps screener team reporting to the Director. You will convert recruiting strategy into weekly targets, plan staffing, and ensure timely decisions on candidates.

You will run screening delivery, assign work, track progress, hire and coach screeners, maintain Greenhouse records, and leverage AI to reduce admin tasks while reporting weekly results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting experience, including managing recruiters or screeners.
• Experience with weekly targets, consistent selection standards, and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
