• Coordinate virtual interviews across multiple time zones, managing scheduling with accuracy and urgency.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics from candidate through onboarding.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates scheduling needs and provide timely communication throughout the interview process.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Greenhouse).
• Ensure interviewers are prepared with schedules, materials, and candidate information.
• Assist with offer letters and pre-onboarding coordination.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve recruiting operations.
