Job summary

Markage is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our fully remote U.S. team. You will support the full recruiting cycle for U.S. roles, coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates to ensure a smooth, professional experience.

Working closely with hiring managers and the People Operations team, you will maintain accurate records and assist with onboarding coordination as needed. This remote role requires reliability and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination or similar administrative recruiting work.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; Dex certification (DEX-PSP) or higher in HR & People Operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and status updates.
• Support job posting preparation and basic recruiting administration.
• Ensure a consistent and respectful candidate experience.
• Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires as needed.
• Escalate issues or delays to the appropriate team member promptly.
