Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years in a HR-related role or 2 years with a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years in Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination, or recruitment operations.
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes, HR practices, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities across the hiring process, including postings, interview scheduling, offers, pre-employment screenings, onboarding, and new hire coordination.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding and serve as a primary contact for inquiries.
• Track recruiting metrics and support implementation of best practices and process improvements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and proactively resolve issues while maintaining high service levels.
• Maintain recruiting records for compliance and support reporting with status updates.
