TRM Labs is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor) to support our Talent team in delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, act as the first point of contact for candidates, and maintain ATS data in Ashby while helping streamline our processes.

The India-based remote role requires 3+ years in a recruiting coordination function, proficiency with scheduling tools, and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Ashby).
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to changing priorities.
• This position is open to candidates located in India (Remote).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Maintain accurate data in Ashby ATS and assist with reporting needs.
• Identify and suggest opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on scheduling priorities and updates.
