Job summary

RNS Id is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to lead APAC hiring in a fully remote setup. The role targets India, the Philippines, Korea, Singapore and other APAC markets, coordinating across time zones and demanding independent work with 48 hours per week.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of full‑cycle recruitment, strong English skills, and proven remote hiring experience using major ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter. Flexible for a fully remote role with global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
2–3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
Proven remote and cross‑border hiring experience.
Strong command of English, written and spoken.
Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse/Lever/Zoho/Workable).
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and regional job boards.

Responsibilities

Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and direct outreach.
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for APAC roles across multiple markets.
Coordinate interviews across IST, PHT, KST, SGT time zones.
Maintain candidate communication and offer management.
Conduct background checks and assist with onboarding handover.
