Job summary

Real Time Consulting is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Management team in staffing efforts. The role is fully remote for AZ, NM, and TX resident candidates, with responsibilities across posting, ATS maintenance, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and reporting hiring statistics.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruiting coordination experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more recruiting coordination/administration experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Proficient in internet searching; Boolean search a plus.
• Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to record and document candidate flow in ATS; thorough notes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job postings and coordinate posting process.
• Maintain ATS data and reporting; track recruiting activities.
• Communicate with applicants; schedule interviews.
• Screen for work history, education, and salary requirements.
• Research, analyze, and present hiring statistics.
• Support Talent Management team with special projects.
