Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to identify and place exceptional talent across technical and business roles. This fully remote, commission-based position rewards independent work, candidate relationship-building, and successful placements.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals; screen for fit; maintain a robust candidate pipeline; partner with hiring stakeholders; coordinate interviews; and drive placements while meeting recruiting goals.

Qualifications

• Agency or in-house recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate relationship building.
• Excellent communication and remote work ability.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other strategies.
• Screen candidates to evaluate experience, skills, and fit for open positions.
• Build and maintain an organized pipeline of active candidates.
• Partner with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates engaged through offers.
• Drive placements while consistently meeting recruiting goals.
