Crafted Staff is seeking experienced independent recruiters who want the freedom to work remotely, set their own hours, and earn uncapped commissions by placing qualified candidates in direct hire positions. This fully self-directed 1099 recruiting opportunity has no fixed shifts, required hours, or assigned territories.

You choose which open positions you want to recruit for, source and screen candidates with your preferred tools, and submit qualified candidates for consideration.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct hire recruiting, permanent placement, or executive search.
• Ability to source and engage qualified candidates independently.
• Strong screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good judgement when matching candidate experience to job requirements.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines.
• Self-directed, results-driven work style.
• Access to own computer, phone, internet, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Review available direct hire and permanent placement job orders.
• Choose which positions you want to recruit for.
• Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to confirm qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, location, availability, and interest.
• Submit qualified candidates with recruiter notes explaining their fit for the position.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and follow submission procedures.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the interview, offer, and hiring process.
• Help keep qualified candidates engaged through their anticipated start date.
