Job summary

Culturetech Solutions, a boutique services company with a people-first approach, is seeking independent recruiting partners for remote engagement. This is a commission-only contractor role with uncapped earnings and no guaranteed salary, working from anywhere.

You will identify and engage qualified candidates and, when mutually agreed, develop client relationships. You control schedule and methods, with no fixed hours, while complying with privacy, nondiscrimination, and data-security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Accept or decline recruiting searches or business-development projects.
• Identify, contact, screen, and qualify candidates for searches.
• Develop prospective client relationships for full-desk assignments.
• Obtain candidate permission before submitting to Culturetech or a client.
• Enter candidate and prospect data into the designated system.
• Provide accurate information on candidate qualifications and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and communications related to submitted candidates.
• Protect confidential information and comply with privacy and recruiting laws.
