Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to identify and place talent across technical and business roles. This fully remote, commission-based role rewards independent work, candidate relationships, and uncapped commissions for successful placements.

You'll source, screen, build a candidate pipeline, and coordinate interviews while partnering with stakeholders to meet hiring priorities and drive placements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in agency or in-house recruiting.
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying high-quality candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative recruiting strategies.
• Screen candidates to evaluate experience, skills, and overall fit.
• Build and maintain an organized pipeline of active candidates.
• Partner with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates engaged from outreach to offer.
• Drive successful placements while meeting recruiting goals.
