Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking an ambitious Recruiter to identify and place talent across technical and business roles. This is a fully remote, commission-based position for recruiters who thrive independently, build strong candidate relationships, and earn uncapped commissions on successful placements.

You will source, screen, and manage a pipeline, partnering with clients and stakeholders to align role requirements with hiring priorities, coordinating interviews, and driving placements to meet

Qualifications

• Previous experience in agency or in-house recruiting.
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying high-quality candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-based compensation model.
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms and sourcing tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative recruiting strategies.
• Screen candidates to evaluate their experience, skills, and overall fit for open positions.
• Build and maintain an organized pipeline of active candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates engaged from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
• Drive successful placements while consistently meeting recruiting goals.
