You will source qualified candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, screen for fit, manage a robust pipeline, and coordinate interviews from outreach to offer. Enjoy flexible schedule and the chance to recruit across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency or in-house recruiting.
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven in a commission-based model.
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other strategies.
• Screen candidates to evaluate experience, skills, and fit.
• Build and maintain an organized pipeline of active candidates.
• Partner with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates engaged through offers.
• Drive placements while meeting recruiting goals.
