Job summary

The Landline Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead high-volume frontline hiring for roles such as Airport Agents and drivers, with occasional salaried hires for station leadership. This remote, exempt role reports to the Director of People Operations and collaborates with the SVP of People, to scale recruitment for new markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with frontline hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience hiring for hourly, customer-facing roles across regions; travel may be required.
• Experience running or supporting in-person hiring events.
• Comfort with regulated hiring processes and data metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with station and operations leaders to forecast staffing for existing and new markets.
• Develop candidate pipelines and coordinate hiring events across multiple locations.
• Maintain compliance with FAA, FMCSA, and state regulations, including background checks.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to optimize processes.
