Norstella is seeking an Engagement Manager for Real-World Data (RWD) who will own end-to-end client engagements, ensuring reliable delivery, operational rigor, and strong client outcomes across RWD solutions. Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in life sciences, data science, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health economics or related field.
• 6–8 years of hands-on Real-World Data (RWD) analytics experience.
• 1–2 years of leading RWD engagements.
• 1–2 years of SQL experience.
• Experience with commercial, market access, HEOR and epi clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements in life sciences.
• Extensive experience with Open Claims, Closed Claims and EMR data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned RWD clients.
• Establish clear success criteria, delivery plans and communication cadences.
• Proactively manage expectations, risks and dependencies.
• Lead end-of-engagement reviews and hand-offs to Client Support.
• Partner with renewal teams to support expansion and growth.
• Own execution oversight for RWD engagements.
• Coordinate across internal delivery, data, product and support teams.
• Ensure adherence to engagement management standards and documentation.
• Maintain project tracking and reporting.
• Identify and drive process and workflow improvements.
• Guide and coordinate team members across workstreams.
• Support mentorship and development of junior staff.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
• All other duties, as assigned.
