Job summary

Norstella Group in the United States is seeking an experienced RWD Engagement Manager to own the end-to-end success of client engagements across Norstella’s Real-World Data solutions. You will ensure reliable delivery, operational efficiency, and strong client outcomes by coordinating with delivery, data, product, and client support teams.

The role emphasizes technical RWD knowledge, execution excellence, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in life sciences, data science, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health economics, or related field.
• 6–8 years of hands-on RWD analytics experience.
• 1–2 years leading RWD engagements.
• 1–2 years of SQL coding experience.
• Experience with Real-World Data (Open Claims, Closed Claims, EMR data).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engagement delivery and client outcomes.
• Coordinate across delivery, data, product, and support teams.
• Mentor junior staff and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain project tracking and documentation; drive process improvements.
