Norstella seeks an Engagement Manager for Real-World Data (RWD) to own end-to-end client engagements, ensuring reliable delivery and high-value outcomes. You will coordinate with delivery, data, product, and support teams to translate client objectives into executable plans and drive sustained client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes RWD knowledge, execution excellence, and cross-functional leadership, with a remote-work setup in the United States and a focus on scaling delivery and process

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in life sciences, data science, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health economics, or related field.
• 6–8 years of hands-on Real-World Data analytics experience.
• 1–2 years leading RWD engagements.
• 1–2 years coding with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned RWD clients and establish success criteria.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, communications, and internal alignment across teams.
• Coordinate across delivery, data, product, and client support teams to ensure value realization.
• Lead end-of-engagement reviews, manage risks, and support renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Mentor junior staff and foster cross-functional collaboration.
