Job summary

Norstella is seeking an Engagement Manager for Real-World Data (RWD) to own client engagements end-to-end from scope to value realization. You will ensure reliable delivery, operational efficiency and strong client outcomes across RWD solutions, coordinating with delivery, data, product and support teams.

The role emphasizes RWD knowledge, execution excellence, client partnership and team leadership to scale delivery and maximize long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• 6–8 years of hands-on RWD analytics experience.
• 1–2 years leading RWD engagements.
• 1–2 years coding with SQL and managing multiple engagements.
• Domain knowledge in life sciences, HEOR, and epi clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned RWD clients and manage expectations.
• Oversee end-to-end engagement delivery, timelines and communications.
• Coordinate across delivery, data, product, and support teams.
• Mentor junior staff and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead end-of-engagement reviews and support renewal opportunities.
