Job summary

Norstella is seeking an Engagement Manager for Real-World Data (RWD) to own end-to-end client engagements, ensuring reliable delivery, operational excellence, and strong outcomes across RWD offerings. This role emphasizes technical RWD knowledge, execution, and cross-functional coordination.

You will partner with delivery, data, product and client support teams to translate objectives into executable plans, manage day-to-day operations, and drive high-quality results for clients in a remote U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a life sciences or data field.
• 6–8 years of hands‑on RWD analytics experience.
• 1–2 years leading RWD engagements.
• 1–2 years coding with SQL.
• Experience with HEOR, epi, and market access teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage primary client relationships and success criteria.
• Coordinate delivery across data, product, and support teams.
• Lead cross-functional engagements and ensure on-time delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.
• Drive process improvements and client retention.
