Qualifications

• Master's degree in life sciences, data science, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health economics, or related field.
• 6-8 years of hands-on RWD Analytics experience.
• 1-2 years leading RWD engagements.
• 1-2 years of SQL coding experience.
• Experience with real-world data (Open/Closed Claims, EMR) and delivery models.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of RWD engagements and client outcomes.
