• Formal real estate contract or real estate experience is required.
• Must be able to manage a transaction from start to finish with multiple parties.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize and communicate clearly with diverse personalities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documents.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Real Estate transaction from beginning to end.
• Coordinate with client, co-op agent, lender, title company, and buyers/sellers.
• Keep all parties informed of deliverables and deadlines.
• Proactively solve problems and ensure smooth closing.
