Job summary

Pending is building a real estate transaction platform and seeks experienced independent Transaction Coordinators to partner per deal. You will manage files from contract to close, ensuring deadlines, documents, and communication stay on track.

You will work with agents, escrow, title, lenders, and clients to clear blockers before they become closing risks, and partner with product to improve tooling and workflows within a flexible, remote model.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator (required).
• Strong understanding of the real estate transaction process from contract to closing.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple files simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset – you don't wait for problems to surface.
• Tech-savvy and open to working within modern workflows/tools.

Responsibilities
