You will own the process, coordinate with title, escrow, attorneys, lenders, and field vendors, and ensure timely completion of each file. This is a central, higher-ownership role with growth potential as the team expands.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational path through acquisition, disposition, and file close-out; track status and blockers.
• Maintain a master schedule for purchases and closings, with deadlines and dependencies.
• Review contracts, initiate title and escrow orders, and coordinate payoffs and quotes.
• Coordinate with counsel, closing attorneys, and title partners on matters that require legal input.
• Oversee deeds, signatures, notarization, settlement documents, and wires; ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate listing prep, inspections, access, and field resources to support closing.
