The Real Estate Center | Attorney Backed Agentsis seeking a highly organized Virtual Real Estate Operations & Transaction Coordinator to keep complex workflows moving. You will own transaction files from intake to closing, coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and inspectors, and ensure deadlines are met.

This full-time, remote role requires proactive communication, meticulous records, and the ability to operate across CRMs, Google Workspace, Canva, and video tools.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating U.S. real estate transactions.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven, with ownership mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English; clear client communication.
• Proactive in following up and closing loops; no missed deadlines.
• Comfort with CRMs and project-management tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Quick to learn new systems in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, and video editing software.

Responsibilities

• Open and organize new transaction files; track deadlines and important dates.
• Review contracts and enter all key dates and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other partners.
• Schedule inspections, walkthroughs, appraisals, and closings.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and provide regular updates to clients.
• Handle FSBO intake, templates, and attorney review drafts.
• Monitor founder's email; convert emails to tasks; maintain daily priorities.
