• Experience as Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong understanding of the real estate transaction process and related documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from contract signing to closing.
• Prepare and review all transaction-related documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule and coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and final walkthroughs.
• Communicate proactively with agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain organized electronic transaction files and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
