Empower Transactions is seeking a proactive Transaction Coordinator to manage residential real estate deals from contract to close in a fast-paced environment. You will be the central contact for agents, clients, escrow, and lenders, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is complete.

You will maintain accurate data in company systems, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and proactively communicate updates to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Transaction Coordinator experience in residential real estate.
• Strong knowledge of real estate platforms such as SkySlope, Dotloop, DocuSign, and similar transaction management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to close.
• Serve as primary point of contact for agents, clients, escrow, lenders, and other transaction parties.
• Monitor and track critical deadlines, contingencies, and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company standards.
• Input and maintain accurate transaction data in company systems.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other transaction-related services.
• Prepare and review transaction documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Proactively communicate status updates to all parties throughout the transaction.
• Resolve issues and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain organized transaction files and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless transaction flow.
