Job summary

RemoteFetch is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to work from home, reporting to the Client Success Manager, and manage real estate transactions from start to finish. You will collaborate with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies to keep everyone updated and aligned throughout the process.

Ideal candidates have formal real estate transaction experience, a positive attitude, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Real estate transaction coordination experience required.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or related fields preferred.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities.
Attention to detail and high accuracy with documents.

Responsibilities

Manage a real estate transaction from start to finish.
Coordinate with client, co-op agent, lender, title company, and sellers/buyers.
Keep all parties informed, proactively solve problems, and maintain deliverables.
Act as an extension of the agent and ensure referrals through care and professionalism.
