Job summary

LeaseHub is seeking a determined Business Development Representative to drive high-volume outbound outreach for our real estate SaaS platform. This fully remote role requires strong English, a phone-first mindset, and the ability to handle 70–100+ touches daily while aligning with U.S. time zones.

You will book qualified demos for the CEO and maintain CRM accuracy. Successful candidates will thrive in a founder-led environment, leverage scripts, and continuously optimize outreach with clear KPIs

Qualifications

Strong spoken English with clear phone delivery.
Experience in BDR/SDR, call centers, or outbound sales.
Ability to perform 70–100+ cold calls per day.
Willing to work overlapping U.S. hours.

Responsibilities

Make a minimum of 70 outbound cold touches daily to U.S. property managers and real estate professionals.
Communicate confidently in English with excellent phone clarity and pacing.
Use scripts while adapting based on conversation.
Book qualified meetings for the CEO.
Maintain clean CRM records.
Hit weekly and monthly quotas for calls, conversions, and meetings booked.
Follow a schedule aligned with U.S. time zones (EST).
Collaborate with leadership and learn U.S. real estate terminology.
