Qualifications

• Strong spoken English with clear phone presence.
• Experience in high-volume outbound or BDR/SDR roles.
• Comfortable working across US time zones and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 70 outbound cold touches daily to U.S. property managers, leasing teams, and real estate professionals.
• Communicate confidently in English with clear phone cadence.
• Use scripts while adapting based on conversations.
• Book qualified meetings for the CEO.
• Maintain clean CRM records in HubSpot.
• Hit weekly and monthly quotas for calls, conversions, and meetings booked.
