Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Home Buying Specialist to lead end-to-end residential acquisitions from lead follow-up to closing. This fully remote role requires regular in-person meetings with prospects when needed and flex hours to accommodate seller schedules in a fast-paced environment.

You will value properties, analyze comps, estimate repairs, determine ARV and As-Is value, and coordinate with realtors, lenders, title, and clients to maximize deal flow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience required.
• Ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to achieve/exceed quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
