Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes nationwide and manage the end-to-end process from lead follow-up to closing. This remote role requires regular in-person meetings with prospects/clients and evening/weekend availability to accommodate seller schedules and maximize deal flow.

You will value properties, analyze comps, negotiate acquisitions, perform due diligence, and prepare contracts for ratification while coordinating with lenders and title

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Great communication skills and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
