Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals with extensive due diligence. This is a remote role, with occasional in-person meetings with prospects as needed.

You will follow up on leads, analyze comps, negotiate acquisitions, prepare contracts, and coordinate with realtors, lenders, and title companies during closings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% in previous sales roles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven quota attainment through phone sales.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers.
• Coordinate closing with realtors, lenders and title.
