Job summary

Floowi is seeking an Acquisitions & Operations Coordinator to keep the deal pipeline full, organized and moving. You will research pre-foreclosure and tax-delinquent properties, build clean contact lists, run outreach in HubSpot, and manage contracts and scheduling to convert leads into closed deals.

You will work directly with property owners and support lead generation, CRM management, transaction support and marketing while working remotely in LATAM with professional English (C1).

Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot (preferred).
• Attention to detail to avoid wrong digits or missing fields.
• Organized and able to run a daily routine without reminders.
• Comfortable learning new software quickly.
• Clear, professional writing for emails and messages.
• Reliable with sensitive personal and financial information.
• Nice to have: background in real estate tools (PropStream, county searches) and Do Not Call rules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor county websites for pre-foreclosure and tax-delinquent filings.
• Pull and filter property lists in PropStream based on criteria.
• Skip trace owners to obtain current phone numbers and contacts.
• Add new properties and owners to the database with complete records.
• Enter and update contacts, properties and deals in HubSpot.
• Organize contacts into lists and enroll them in email/call sequences.
• Maintain clean call lists and respect Do Not Call requests.
• Track status of every lead to prevent slips.
• Prepare purchase/sale contracts from templates and track e-signatures.
• File signed documents and keep deal records up to date.
• Schedule seller appointments, property walk-throughs and showings.
• Post properties in local groups and route serious buyers into HubSpot.
