Job summary

Floowi connects LATAM professionals with leading U.S. companies via remote talent solutions. We seek an Acquisitions & Operations Coordinator to keep the deal pipeline full, organized, and moving.

You will research properties, build lists, run HubSpot outreach, and manage contracts and scheduling to convert leads into closed deals. You will work directly with property owners, supporting lead generation, CRM management, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Well organized and able to work independently with a daily routine.
• Able to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent written communication for emails and messages.

Responsibilities

• Research pre-foreclosure and tax-delinquent properties.
• Build clean contact lists and run outreach in HubSpot.
• Handle contracts and scheduling to move leads toward closing.
• Manage owner communications across lead gen, CRM, and deals.
• Enter and update contacts, properties, and deals in HubSpot.
• Schedule seller appointments, property walkthroughs, and showings.
